This User Agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement") regulates the relationship between IP Shamsutdinov (hereinafter - the "Administration") and an individual (hereinafter - the "User") regarding the use of the Bars Consult website (hereinafter - the "Site"), located on the Internet at https://barsconsult.tech/.
1. Subject of the Agreement
The Administration provides the User with the right to use the Site and its services on the terms set forth in this Agreement. The Agreement comes into force from the moment the User begins using any of the Site's services.
2. Rights and obligations of the parties
The User has the right to:
- Use information on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Contact the Administration with questions related to the use of the Site.
The User undertakes to:
- Not violate the functionality of the Site.
- Not use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its services.
- Comply with the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Administration has the right to:
- At its discretion and as necessary, change or delete any information published on the Site.
- Suspend, restrict or terminate the User's access to all or any of the Site's sections at any time without explanation.
3. Intellectual property
All objects posted on the Site, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, videos, scripts, programs and other objects and their collections (hereinafter - "Content"), are objects of exclusive rights of the Administration and other copyright holders. Any use of Content without prior permission from the copyright holder is prohibited.
4. Limitation of liability
Information on the Site is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of materials provided on this Site and may at any time without prior notice make changes to materials and services provided on this Site. The Administration under no circumstances is responsible for any damage (including, but not limited to, damage from loss of profit, data or from interruption of business activity) arising from the use, inability to use or results of using this Site.
5. Dispute resolution procedure
All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation at the location of the Administration.
6. Final provisions
The Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes come into force from the moment the new version of the Agreement is posted on the site.
