A regular bot is a strict scenario with buttons. It will not understand a question asked in 'your own words'. An AI bot (for example, based on OpenAI) understands natural language, conducts a contextual dialogue (remembers what you talked about earlier) and can solve non-linear tasks. An AI bot is needed where flexibility and imitation of communication with a person are required: in sales, consultations, HR support.

We do not sell 'boxed' solutions with a fixed price, as each business is unique. Deadlines also depend on complexity. A simple information bot can be ready in 1-2 weeks. A medium-complexity project (for example, an HR bot) takes 3-5 weeks. Complex systems with a web interface and multiple integrations can be developed for 2-3 months. We always fix the exact deadlines in our technical proposal after the analysis stage.

We work as transparently as possible. The cost of our development is usually a one-time payment. Further, at the development stage, we will conduct short demonstrations so that you can see the progress — this will require 1-2 hours a week from you. Will I be able to make changes to the bot myself after development?

It depends on the type of changes. For many projects, we provide a simple administrative panel where you can independently change texts, add products, or manage users. However, changing complex work logic, adding new functions, or integrations will require the participation of a developer.
